Editorial

Our editorial policy

How FinVibe decides what to publish, how AI is used in our newsroom, how we credit other people's work, and how we fix mistakes.

Our standard

We publish work that is useful to read on its own merits. An article earns its place if it tells a reader something they did not already know, explains why it matters, and is accurate. Volume is not a goal in itself, and we do not publish pages that exist only to attract search traffic.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help research topics, draft text and suggest headlines. Every article produced this way is read and edited by a person before publication, and that person is responsible for its accuracy.

Any article involving AI assistance carries a visible note at the end saying so. We do not present AI-generated text as the unassisted work of a human writer, and we do not create fictitious authors or invented biographies.

AI is not permitted to invent quotes, statistics, named sources or events. Where a claim is checkable, an editor checks it.

Other people's reporting

When a story is built on reporting by another outlet, we credit and link to the original on the page. We publish commentary and analysis that adds something — context, data, a different reading — rather than a reworded copy of someone else's article.

We do not republish full articles from other publishers, and we do not use RSS feeds as a source of finished content. If you believe we have used your work improperly, tell us through the contact page and we will take it down while we look into it.

Images

Photographs are licensed stock images unless stated otherwise, and every image credits its photographer and source beneath it. We do not use images we are not licensed to publish.

Corrections

If we publish something wrong, we correct it rather than quietly deleting it. Significant corrections are noted on the article itself with the date of the change. Report an error through the contact page.

Advertising and independence

FinVibe carries display advertising. Advertisers have no sight of or influence over editorial content, and no advertiser can buy coverage. Any commercial content, if we ever publish it, will be labelled clearly as such at the top of the page.

Our markets and company coverage is analysis and commentary, not investment advice — see the disclaimer.

Reader contributions

Registered readers can submit their own columns. Submissions are reviewed by the editorial desk before publication and are held to the same standards set out on this page. Contributors keep the rights to their own work.
